Syvota is a small mainland harbour known for boat trips among wooded islets, beaches such as Bella Vraka and easy Ionian sailing.
Syvota faces a cluster of low green islands that break the coast into sheltered channels and coves. Small boats reach Blue Lagoon waters and beaches around Mourtos, while Bella Vraka is linked to the mainland by a shallow crossing.
The harbour has grown into a polished summer base of yachts, restaurants and villas. Its best experiences happen on the water, but operators should avoid crowding sensitive coves or anchoring on seagrass.
Practical information
Syvota is reached by road from Igoumenitsa, Preveza or Parga. Rent boats only with proper briefing, check afternoon wind and use marked moorings.
