Its fifteen renovated studios sit across the coastal road from the Gulf of Corinth, away from the busiest centre but close enough to walk beside the water to restaurants and the casino. Each room has a furnished balcony, a compact kitchenette and a genuinely comfortable Coco-Mat queen bed; sea-view categories look directly over the gulf, while standard studios retain a partial glimpse at a lower price. Breakfast is included and far more considered than the name “studios” suggests, with eggs, local dairy, fruit, breads and homemade preserves. A pillow menu, rainfall showers, a small garden, borrowable wooden bicycles, electric-car charging and ample free parking make this feel like a tightly run independent hotel with self-catering flexibility rather than a bare apartment block.
The coastal road runs between the building and the water, and Diolkos does not maintain a private beach, pool, restaurant or spa. The thermal complex is around two kilometres away, though guests receive help arranging it. All studios occupy the first or second floor and there is no lift, making this unsuitable for travellers who cannot manage stairs. Reception closes at 23:00 and after-hours check-in is not offered, so a delayed flight needs communication before booking. Most rooms sleep two or three and there are no rollaways; larger families need another property. Choose it for cleanliness, sleep, breakfast and parking rather than resort facilities.
