Neoi Poroi is unusually spacious for a developed Greek resort. Fine sand continues along a broad, flat shore, and the water remains shallow enough to suit families in settled conditions. Beach bars alternate with open sections, so bringing your own equipment is straightforward.
The planned town behind the beach has wide streets, food and accommodation, making logistics easy. Afternoon Thermaic wind can create chop and temporary cloudiness; use supervised sections when flags are raised and keep water-sports corridors clear.
