A long sociable beach with a pedestrian seafront
The beach at Skala Eressos extends west from a lively pedestrian seafront lined with cafes on decks. Walking away from the village brings more open sand and a calmer atmosphere.
The water becomes moderately deep and west wind can raise surf. Summer nesting markers and dune vegetation must be respected, and the central access lanes should remain clear.
