Paths connect with Dimitsana and descend towards Ancient Gortys and the monasteries of Lousios Gorge. Local tavernas and sweet shops make it a strong quieter alternative to better-known Arcadian bases.

A car is required for most visits. Winter roads can be icy and gorge routes steep; park outside narrow lanes and check trail conditions.
