Not every option has a plunge pool, breakfast costs extra, and there is no shared restaurant, spa or hotel pool. Oia’s cliffside lanes are pedestrian, stepped and busy around sunset, so this is a poor match for anyone who needs drive-up access or dislikes stairs. It is also better for independent travellers than those wanting round-the-clock resort facilities.
