Panoramic castle views from the quiet edge of Pera Gialos

The hotel markets itself as an adults-only retreat and works best for couples, although Expedia’s individual room policies should always be checked before booking. It has no pool, but massage and yoga can be arranged, and transfers from the airport or ferry remove some arrival friction. Chora is about a ten- to fifteen-minute uphill walk; the return is easier, but summer heat makes a scooter or small car appealing for beaches farther away.
