Pelagos

Four Seasons Astir Palace’s one-Michelin-starred restaurant gives seafood and seasonal Mediterranean produce a calm, exacting treatment beside the Saronic Gulf.

Our take

Mediterranean precision on the Astir Peninsula

Pelagos is the clearest reason to reserve a serious dinner without leaving the Astir Peninsula. Chef Luca Piscazzi’s cooking is built around Mediterranean seafood and seasonal produce, served in a low-key room at the Arion building of Four Seasons Astir Palace. The sea is present in the outlook and the menu, but the approach is controlled rather than resort-casual.

Michelin currently awards Pelagos one star. Its tasting-led format works best after a light afternoon, not after a late yacht lunch or a full hotel buffet. Guests staying elsewhere on the Riviera should allow time for the peninsula’s entrance and resort transfer; Four Seasons guests should still reserve rather than assume a table. The restaurant’s operating days can be seasonal, and its published guidance may set a minimum age for dinner, so families should confirm the current policy directly.
