Italida sits between Fanos and Pori on Ano Koufonisi's coastal trail. Fine sand and a low rocky frame create an easy swimming cove, while the absence of a road directly behind it preserves a simple feel despite summer popularity.
There is no reliable shade or beach service. Bring water, walk in footwear rather than on hot rock, and continue to Fanos for food. The cove is small and has a naturist tradition, so visitors should expect close quarters and a relaxed approach to swimwear.
