Kalymnos's serviced west-coast beach below the climbing cliffs
Masouri is the social centre of Kalymnos's west coast. The beach sits beneath a strip of tavernas, climbing lodges and shops, looking across a narrow channel to the car-free island of Telendos.
The pebble entry becomes deep within a short distance, and afternoon wind can roughen the channel. Parking on the main road is scarce, so use buses or walk from nearby accommodation where possible. Divers, boats and swimmers share the wider water; remain close to the designated shore zone.
