The catch arrives before the menu
The Lois family has cooked seafood at Argo for two decades, now from a marina-side room on Iroon Polytechniou. Staff present whole fish before cooking; shrimp pasta, lobster pasta, grilled squid, swordfish, horta and skordalia cover the rest of the table.
Ask for the catch and its weight before committing, then take a sea-facing table near sunset. Parking is easier than in central Patras, portions run large and one recent diner found the linguine overcooked, so whole grilled fish offers the safer first order.
