Double stairs, sharper plates
Branda waits above Batsi's sea road at the top of two staircases, with cushioned terrace seats looking across the yacht harbour. Couples and small groups come for anchovy bruschetta over tarama, island tomato salad, lamb shank and grilled fish rather than another waterfront taverna menu.
The kitchen charges more than its neighbours, and recent reports disagree sharply on fried seafood and service. Reserve a harbour-facing table, share the opening plates and ask what arrived fresh before choosing fish; the late-season menu loses several dishes.
What visitors say
Branda holds 4.6 from about 235 Tripadvisor reviews and a 2025 Travelers' Choice award; 2026 feedback praises the composed starters but also records high bills and undercooked cuttlefish.
