Leave early for Vrika or Voutoumi, then return before the last boats turn two famous coves into a logistics problem
Antipaxos is close enough for a simple crossing but deserves planning. Vrika offers a pale sandy-looking shore, while Voutoumi is broader and pebbly; both can become crowded as excursion boats converge. An early water taxi gives more control than a large combined cruise, provided the return is confirmed.
Ask exactly where the boat lands, how passengers board, whether cards are accepted and when the final return leaves. Wind can cancel or shift service. Carry essentials and do not miss the last boat: Antipaxos has scattered homes and tavernas, not a full transport network.
