A pebble cove at the end of a gorge walk
Agiofarago lies where its namesake gorge meets the Libyan Sea, enclosed by high limestone walls and surfaced in smooth pebble. The walk passes caves and the small church of Agios Antonios before opening abruptly onto clear water.
Drive only as far as road conditions and your vehicle safely allow, then expect roughly 30 to 50 minutes on foot. Carry drinking water, food, shade and sturdy shoes; the well mentioned in older accounts should not be treated as a safe supply. Boats are weather-dependent, and there is no lifeguard or reliable mobile signal at the cove.
