A long, easygoing waterfront in Leros's broadest bay
Alinda follows the east side of Agia Marina bay, with tamarisks, small hotels and tavernas spread along the waterfront rather than concentrated behind one entrance. The long shore makes it easy to choose between an organised chair and a quieter patch.
The seabed varies, so shoes are useful where pebble and flat rock replace sand. Boats cross the outer bay and afternoon breeze can add chop. The coast road is narrow in places; buses or walking from local accommodation reduce parking friction.
