Kalogria Beach

Kalogria is one of Sithonia's most accessible sandy bays, organised and lively through the centre with quieter edges and a small offshore islet.

Our take

Clear shallow water and sunset-facing sand in western Sithonia

Kalogria curves around a west-facing bay south of Nikiti. Fine sand, a gradual entry and the low islet offshore make it inviting for an easy swim, while bars and loungers concentrate activity in the middle.

Cross to the islet only in calm water and stay alert to boards and small craft. Parking spreads along narrow roadside areas and fills early. The western exposure brings attractive evening light but can also carry wind and waves into the bay.
