Korasida Beach

Korasida is a long, pale-pebble beach with exceptionally clear but fast-deepening water and modest seasonal services near the main access.

Our take

White pebble and deep Aegean blue below the hills

Korasida's rounded white pebbles make the sea look brighter than at most Evia beaches. The bay has more room than nearby Kalamos, and a small seasonal settlement behind the central section supplies food and basic comfort without turning the coast into a resort strip.

The water gets deep within a few steps and the shore break strengthens under east wind. Confident swimmers will appreciate the clarity; families with young children need close supervision and a calm forecast. Water shoes ease both the hot pebble and the entry.
