Soft sand and shallow water on Serifos's east coast
Psili Ammos lives up to its name—fine sand—on a broad east-facing bay. The gradual entry is unusual on rugged Serifos and works well for families in calm conditions. Tamarisks and seasonal tavernas provide limited comfort without a large resort.
Natural shade fills early and the beach is directly exposed to easterly wind. Carry an umbrella, park without blocking the narrow road and move away from the main entrance for more space.
