Niriides Guesthouse

A spotless family-run guesthouse on a quiet central lane, offering spacious renovated rooms, thoughtful breakfasts and some of Spetses Town’s most attentive hospitality.

Our take

Generous rooms and genuine care around the corner from Dapia

Niriides is the kind of small Greek guesthouse that turns practical details into affection. It sits on a quiet lane roughly 300 metres from Dapia, close enough to ferry arrivals, the Clock Square and evening restaurants without taking the harbour noise to bed. Recently renovated rooms are simple, calm and notably generous for the centre; triples, a junior suite and a one-bedroom sea-view apartment make the address useful beyond couples. Breakfast arrives at the room or flower-filled patio, and the family’s precise recommendations, help with luggage and everyday kindness give the stay more character than a longer facilities list could.

There is no pool, restaurant, gym or staffed bar, and most rooms trade a grand outlook for the convenience of being in town. Side sea views belong only to specific upper categories, while shaded ground-floor patios can be preferable in high summer despite receiving less light. Spetses has no meaningful visitor parking, and map directions through its lanes are unreliable enough that guests should follow the property’s arrival instructions. Niriides is Spetses Town’s best owner-run guesthouse for travellers who value space, cleanliness and a sincere welcome over fashionable public areas.
