Dinner in an Old Harbour landmark
Mourayo occupies a stone building at the Old Harbour that once stored munitions, giving dinner a sense of place before the first plate arrives. The restaurant has been part of Spetses nightlife since the 1970s and works best as a full evening: arrive as the harbour softens into dusk, share seafood-led dishes, then stay as the mood shifts towards drinks.
Its longevity and location make it more than a photogenic newcomer, but this is still a polished waterfront address rather than a hidden village taverna. Reserve in busy periods, ask about the day’s fish and confirm current hours directly, especially at the shoulders of the season.
