Therma, east of Agios Kirykos, is the centre of Ikaria's thermal-bathing tradition. Hot water appears in natural settings and managed facilities around the village, alongside a small beach and the remains of older spa activity towards Loumakia and Nealia. The experience ranges from a simple soak to a more structured bath, depending on what is open.
These are mineral-rich hot springs, not a casual swimming pool. Ask the operator about temperature, duration, admission and water conditions, and seek medical advice if you are pregnant or have heart, blood-pressure or other relevant health concerns.
