Chatzalis sits toward the island's northwestern edge, well beyond the simple village-to-Bilali outing. The surrounding coast and distance create a genuine sense of separation, which is valuable only when visitors have arranged a reliable return. It is a poor choice for squeezing into departure day, for following an unverified online pin or for anyone expecting umbrellas and refreshments.
Confirm the route, road condition and mobile coverage with a local host before setting out. Take more drinking water than the swim seems to justify, along with shade, sturdy footwear and a basic first-aid kit. There is no basis for assuming a lifeguard or rapid assistance.
