A sociable sandy cove in the heart of the village
Stoupa's main beach curves around a small bay at the centre of the settlement. Restaurants, cafes, shops and rooms sit immediately behind the sand, making this a practical base for travellers who prefer to swim without driving or carrying supplies.
The bay is busy from morning through sunset in July and August, and organised loungers take up significant space. The sandy entry is generally forgiving, but small boats and rental craft use defined parts of the water. Walk from accommodation where possible because village parking is the least relaxing part of the visit.
