A long, shallow north-coast strand within cycling reach of Kos Town
Tigaki runs west from its compact resort centre across a long ribbon of light sand. Shallow water and a cycle route from the Kos Town direction make it accessible, while walking away from the main access points brings quieter sections beside low dunes.
The north coast catches the meltemi, so flat morning water may become choppy later. Secure light belongings, respect swimming flags and do not walk through fenced wetland or dune areas. Facilities thin quickly outside the central resort strip.
