Isternia cooks behind the bay

The drive from Chora takes time and the final coastal bends slow after dark. Reserve for dinner, ask which oven dishes remain and choose the courtyard when the waterfront blows hard; repeat diners support the kitchen, but summer walk-ins can lose the last available specials.
