Choreftra takes over a stone courtyard in Kampos, where two brothers run the floor and their mother anchors the kitchen. Village drivers and church visitors come for whipped-feta Greek salad, braised-beef gnocchi and house arborariza liqueur rather than a long generic grill list.

Kampos whips the feta

The courtyard gives limited shelter when Tinos wind crosses the square. Reserve after a weekend service at Holy Trinity, ask which slow-cooked dishes remain and leave room for the house digestif; parking belongs at the village edge, followed by a short walk.
