Papoulis works the corner of Sismani and Formionos with pavement tables close to Nafpaktos's old harbour but not directly on the quay. Grilled sardines, calamari, octopus, fava with capers and baked aubergine support both seafood diners and vegetarians without reducing either group to side dishes.
