Use the eastern waterfront for a shaded swim or a properly supervised first kitesurfing session
Gribovo is the eastern counterpart to Psani and feels more open as the waterfront runs toward the Rio–Antirrio view. Mature trees shade the promenade, while the shore mixes pebbles and coarse material. Cafes and hotels sit directly behind it, making the beach convenient rather than secluded. The western end also has family facilities and space for a short walk.
Northern winds can create conditions used by local kitesurfers, including beginners under instruction. Do not launch independently through swimmers or assume a calm morning predicts the afternoon. Choose the lifeguarded section for an ordinary swim and book a qualified operator for equipment or lessons. Summer organisation varies along the beach, so carrying your own shade remains sensible outside the central section.
