Prespeion occupies the square in Agios Germanos and offers a different rhythm from the fish tavernas at Psarades. The menu draws on western Macedonian ingredients and works best when approached through seasonal vegetables, Prespa beans, Florina peppers and local meat rather than as a generic fine-dining stop. Its central location also makes it walkable from several village guesthouses.
