Agia Paraskevi is an organised southwest-coast bay shaded by pines, reached by seasonal bus or boat from Spetses Town.
Our take
Pebbles, pines and a long ride from Dapia
Agia Paraskevi lies well beyond the bustle of Dapia, beneath pines on Spetses's southwest coast. Large pebbles line the water and the bay is clearer and more open than the town beaches. The distance makes it better suited to a deliberate beach outing than a quick dip.
Use the seasonal bus or a beach boat unless you are comfortable cycling the island road in heat. Water shoes help at the shoreline, and swimmers should check wind conditions because this coast is less enclosed than the bays facing the mainland.
