Kallithea Springs Beach

Kallithea Springs combines a restored historic complex with a compact rocky swimming inlet, paid facilities and deep clear water.

Our take

Architectural bathing history around a rocky Rhodes cove

Kallithea is as much an architectural visit as a beach day. The restored Italian-era rotunda, mosaic courts and gardens frame a small inlet where ladders and narrow shore sections lead into transparent water.

Entry arrangements and event closures can change, so check the complex before travelling. This is not a soft-sand family beach: rock can be slippery, water deepens fast and space is tight. Remain inside the swimming area and respect private functions without surrendering awareness of lawful shore access.
