A sheltered pebble bay on Lefkada's quieter east side
Mikros Gialos fills a long inlet below Poros on Lefkada's southeast coast. Pale pebble and a protected orientation usually provide calmer water than the island's dramatic west-facing beaches.
The descent road is narrow and winding, and parking is distributed among businesses near the shore. Water deepens beyond the initial pebble shelf, while boats use the outer bay. Shoes improve entry and make walking between organised sections more comfortable.
