A narrow Akrotiri cove that demands a careful approach
Seitan Limania is a slim pebble inlet cut into the northeast coast of the Akrotiri peninsula. The enclosed shape gives the water its striking colour, while the tiny shore fills much faster than photographs suggest. It is best treated as a short, early visit rather than an easy all-day beach.
The final path is steep, loose and exposed, so closed shoes and light luggage are sensible. There is no dependable shade, drinking water or toilet at beach level. Keep food secured from the resident goats, avoid the cliffs after rockfall or rain, and skip the descent when wind or footwear makes it unsafe.
