Three public monuments that turn the waterfront into a compact account of departure and return

Walk the waterfront early or in the cooler final light, leaving clear space around ferry operations and mooring lines. The monuments are outdoors and free, but the quay is still working infrastructure: do not step across chains, climb on sculpture bases or pose in vehicle lanes. Families can complete the route easily with supervision near the water. Read plaques where available and let the statues lead into the museum rather than treating each as an isolated photo stop.
