Botrini's occupies a former school in Chalandri, with an open-view kitchen, a chef's table and a broad terrace shaded by palms and citrus trees. Ettore Botrini and Ilias Ntoukas connect Corfiot ingredients, Thessalian memories and Tuscan habits without turning the room into a theme set.

Varkada and Peripatos cost €125 and €175 on the published 2026 menu, with a €138 wine pairing and a separate chef's-table sequence. Pick the length before paying, allow the whole evening and reserve the kitchen seats or terrace explicitly; the restaurant closes Sunday and Monday.
